• Event Booking: Event registration must be completed through the app, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Refunds or cancellations are subject to the specific event's terms.
• Coaching Booking: Users can book coaching sessions through the app. Each session's availability depends on the coach's schedule. Rescheduling or canceling a session must follow the coach's policy.
